THE WINERY
Luí & William Wines is a project of two brothers united by a family winemaking tradition: Luis Ángel and Guillermo. The winery was born in 2005, with the production of wines from the family vineyards, which are on the banks of the Duero river, on sandy and rocky soils, with little wealth but great potential.
Each bottle of Lui & William wines unites family values, small-scale production advantages, modern winemaking technology and traditional grape growing techniques with a special focus on the 'Tinta de Toro' varietal. This varietal is the region's point of difference and inspiration for the family at Lui & William wines.
Vineyards and winemaking
The family-owned vineyards are planted on the banks of the River Duero in gravel and limestone soils which create perfect growing conditions. Following a rigorous selection and control process, each parcel of vineyard is harvested at its peak of ripeness and vinified separately allowing Lui & William wines to produce wines which represent the individual parcels of land they come from.
State-of-the-art technology is used to preserve the characteristics of the 'Tinta de Toro' varietal. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks while a wide array of premium oak barriques are used for ageing. The wines are aged for a minimum of 6 months to add the necessary structure and depth.

ABELIS LUI

Lui is the youngest and freshest wine of the winery. Made from vineyards more than 20 years old, it is the fruit of optimum grape maturation and careful wine-making. Aged for 10 months in the best French oak barrels. We obtain a wine with fruity, fresh and intense aromas, and with spicy hints. In mouth, it is ample, silky, fruity and persistent.

ABELIS WILLIAM
100% Tinta de Toro | Vol. 15%
The most characteristic wine of the winery due to its subtlety and elegance, the fruit of the selection of vineyards and oak barrels. Made from vineyards around 70 years old, in optimum and careful maturation. Produced in 3000 liters tanks and aged for more than 15 months in the best French oak barrels. In this way, we obtain an extremely elegant wine, from a blend of red fruits with the high roast. Very fine wine in mouth, due to the thin tannins. Persistent, complex and ample in mouth, with hints of raspberry and blackberry.

ABELIS FIGHTING BULLS
100% Tinta de Toro | Vol. 15%
The wine is obtained thanks to our ancestors who used to cultivate these centenarian vineyards. We are continuing their work treating the vineyards with care and delicacy to release a wine of excellent quality. The grapes are selected one by one and fermented in wood barrels of 300 litres. Subsequently they age in French oak barrels for 24 months to obtain strong, sober and subtle wine, with an explosion of complex aromas of black fruits and smoked wood. We can feel creamy hints of the new French oaks. In mouth, it is ample, has strong and refined tannins as well as long and complex finish.

DOMINIO DE TAURUM
100% Tinta de Toro | Vol. 15%
Intense color, with bluish features. This wine is characterized by fruity and roast aromas due to a slight passage through wood. Sweet and fruity on the palate with round and soft tannins due to the subtle aging in oak. In the mouth presents flavors of red fruits and chocolate, well balanced with a firm structure, and a very pleasant end.
